The universal feed of the 1XG and XG series milling worktables can be matched with milling heads of various precision levels to form a combination milling machine of ordinary, precision or high-precision vertical, horizontal, vertical horizontal composite or other forms. With various fixtures and reasonable tool selection and cutting parameters, it can perform large cutting force flat milling and high-precision flat milling.

Selection Guide
The 1XG and XG series milling workbenches are mainly used to form horizontal, vertical, single-sided or double-sided, and gantry type combination milling machines with milling power heads. The worktable is generally one size larger than the milling head. There are two types of screw drives for this type of worktable, one is a regular T-shaped screw and the other is a ball screw. The feeding method is usually a gear feed box, or it can also be driven by a frequency converter to achieve fast forward and fast backward work with multiple cycles. The position of the joint surface on both sides of the milling worktable and the worktable stroke can be specially customized according to user needs.
